Proposal for Sales & Customer Service Training to
Increase Your Sales Performance

Greetings from Precious Inc.!
Japan is well known for its excellent skills of customer service which is based on our traditional spirit of hospitality. We believe that Asian countries also share this tradition, where we have observed the same extent of hospitality, smiles and kindness among sales staff. Nevertheless, we found it rather regrettable that their insufficient sales skills seem to result in the loss of sales opportunities. For example, when dealing with international tourists or high-end customers, sales staff could do something more than just responding to what customers ask for, such as making some extra suggestions to maximize the opportunities. Many of the sales staff in these countries already have great spirits, however, their potentials do not seem to have been developed fully, which we think is a great loss.
We would be more than happy if we could share our knowledge and expertise with sales staff in Asian countries and help them improve their sales skills. With sufficient skills, they will surely be able to increase their sales performance, motivate themselves and even enhance their individual values. Consequently, this positive move will contribute significantly to elevate the social status of sales staff. It would be so wonderful if we could work together with Asian partners to see these goals realized.
